This policy explains what information Local 360 collects when you visit local360.net, how it is used, and the choices you have. We keep it short because this is a simple, static marketing website.

The short version
local360.net has no user accounts, no comment system, and no login. The only place you can submit information is our contact form. We do not set our own cookies, and we do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Information we collect
We only receive information you choose to send us. When you submit our contact form or email us directly, we receive the details you provide – such as your name, email address, business name, and anything you tell us about your project. We use that information solely to respond to you and to provide the services you request.
Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like virtually all web hosts, Cloudflare automatically processes basic technical request data – such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request – to deliver the site, maintain security, and prevent abuse. That data is handled by Cloudflare under its own privacy policy, available at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. We do not use any analytics or tracking service beyond what Cloudflare provides for hosting and security.
Embedded content from other websites
Some pages offer 360° virtual tours and videos. To protect your privacy, these are click-to-load: nothing is requested from the third party until you choose to open it. When you do:
- Google Maps / Street View – 360° tours load from Google. Google may set cookies and collect data as described in the Google Privacy Policy.
- YouTube – videos load from YouTube (Google) under that same Google Privacy Policy.
These embeds behave as if you had visited the third-party website directly. We do not control and are not responsible for their data practices.
Our contact form
When you submit the contact form, two services help us receive your message securely:
- Cloudflare Turnstile – a privacy-friendly alternative to CAPTCHA that confirms you are a real person and blocks automated spam, without tracking cookies. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
- Resend – delivers your submission to our inbox as an email. Your message is processed in transit only so it can reach us. See the Resend Privacy Policy.
We use what you submit only to reply and to provide the services you ask about. We do not add you to any marketing list.
Cookies
local360.net does not set its own cookies. Cookies may only be set by the third-party embeds described above, and only after you choose to load them.
Your choices
Because we collect nothing automatically beyond standard hosting logs, there is little to opt out of. You can avoid third-party embeds simply by not loading them. If you have emailed us or used our contact form and would like us to delete the information you shared, just ask.
Children’s privacy
This site is intended for businesses and the general public. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
